The stem wind pendant set movement is engraved A. Riverside and numbered 7489157, which dates it to about 1897. It is marked 17 JEWELS and it is a size 18 model 1892 movement, which was one of the best movements made by Waltham. The enamel triple sunk dial is marked WALTHAM and it is in good condition with a couple of hairlines and an edge chip at 19 minutes. The sterling silver open face swing-out case is marked C.Sterling and numbered 8352 and is in excellent condition with normal wear. It has been fitted with a mineral glass lens which is heavily scratched on the surface.
The front bezel screws/unscrews cleanly. The watch is working well, but I do not know when it was last serviced. If not an unpaid item report will be submitted and the item will be re-listed without notice! Unfortunately I have experienced several non-payers in the last year.
